C.D. (Carin Dank) Kennelly is T.D.'s four-year-old cousin. He is a Doggie Lover, though Skits is the only dog who can handle his rough play. He is also somewhat gullible, as he believes that T.D. has magic powers, as shown in "T.D.'s Magic".
